Stephen Fleming has a Bachelor's in Biology and a Master's in Secondary Education. Since being inspired by his sister who is also an educator, Fleming has taught in Warsaw, Poland and founded a nonprofit to bring marine science education to underserved schools. Stephen loves experiential learning and the marine science spring break trip to Belize, where he is able to introduce students to immense biodiversity in a beautiful but fragile ecosystem.
